Yes, from April 2022 there will be a restaurant in the house. You can find more information about it under Restaurant.

Since the opening of the restaurant, it is not possible to prepare and consume food and drinks that you bring yourself.

We accept payments by credit card or PayPal. For group bookings payment by bank transfer is possible.

After booking we will send you an email with all the details for the arrival and the self-check-in. This allows you to check in independently from 4 pm - 9 pm. Earlier check-in is possible, depending on availability. However, we can only confirm this upon arrival. If earlier check-in is not possible, you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage room opposite the main entrance and make yourself comfortable in the restaurant or on the terrace.

Take the freeway to Spiez. There you leave the highway and follow the signs to Aeschi. After about 15 minutes you will reach Aeschi. At the traffic circle you continue straight ahead in the direction of Aeschiried. After about 5 minutes you will see the Restaurant Chemihütte on your left and soon after that you will see the school building Aeschiried on your left and a parking lot on your right. There you turn slightly left from the main road into Allmigässli. This rises steeply and after a few minutes you reach a hill. Drive straight ahead and you will immediately see Z Aeschiried in front of you.

The Spiez train station is easy to reach with the ICE. From there you take the bus to Aeschiried Schulhaus. From there follow the Allmigässli uphill. After about 15 minutes you will reach the hill and follow the path straight ahead, where you will immediately see Z Aeschiried in front of you.
