Note on Covid19:

In the guest rooms of Z Aeschiried you are welcome with or without Covid certificate. However, the 2G certificate requirement applies in the self-cooking kitchen and dining area.

Guest rooms and outside:

Neither a certificate nor mask requirement applies here.

Public areas of the hotel:

The mask obligation still applies here. We therefore ask you to bring and wear a protective mask when you are in the public areas of the hotel. You can also purchase a mask from us at the reception. Children up to 12 years of age and people who demonstrably cannot wear a mask (e.g. for medical reasons) are exempt from the mask requirement.

Self-cooking kitchen and dining area:

A 2G Covid certificate is required to use these areas. We ask for your understanding that our staff must check this accordingly. We therefore ask you to carry the 2G Covid certificate on you when using the respective areas. For more information on catering options for guests without a 2G Covid certificate, please see below.

With a valid 2G Covid certificate, you will have a dining table, refrigerator compartment and dishes for your exclusive use for your entire stay. This minimizes overlap with other guests and ensures a high standard of safety. Our guests are requested to make use of these facilities and to keep the regulatory distance from other guests.

Without a valid 2G Covid certificate, you are welcome to bring prepared meals or have meals delivered by an external partner (detailed information can be found on our website and after booking in the guest app) and enjoy them in your room or on the terrace. Unfortunately, we cannot currently grant you access to the cafeteria and the self-cooking kitchen.
You will receive further details about the protection concept by email a few days before your arrival.

We look forward to hosting you here and are convinced that you will enjoy the idyllic location and the magnificent panoramic view.

Cancellation policy in connection with Covid19:
In case of mandatory, official measures on the part of the accommodation (e.g. closure of hotels), cancellation is possible free of charge. In case of other cancellations in connection with Covid19 (e.g. quarantine obligation, illness or unwillingness to comply with the protection concept) the normal cancellation conditions apply. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance for this purpose.
